      <description>&amp;gt;&amp;gt; for a particular user ID&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Syslog registers messages from daemons and services. What do you mean with "particular user ID", what kind of information do you want to redirect?</description>

      <description>Normally can choose the log file to redirect not user. But following can work to specific userid:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you use SNMP Trap forwarder mechanism and set specific IP for specific userid as destination address, it sounds possible , but need some workaround to accomplish this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;look for snmp configuration for Linux in google or in forums.</description>
