      <description>IF your using the embedded SATA RAID controller it does not appear that a driver disk has been released for SLES11. You need the aarachi driver which does not ship with any distribution as it is a closed source driver. The RAID function of the embedded controller is software based and needs the driver.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I didn't install any driver on SLES11 and it seems work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If i detach an HDD, system start and work normally. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At the reboot the BIOS alert me that di ARRAY is DEGRADED, thus i rebuilt it.</description>

      <description>I test it detach before the firs HDD on port#0 e then the HDD on port#1, and in both case the system work and SLES11 run normally.</description>
