    <description>Hi Peter&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you install the ProLiant Support Pack (PSP) Software from HP?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will get a new kernel with a HP QLogic Kernel module.       <description>We're running into a number of issues with the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DL380 G5 with RHEL 5.3 64-bit &amp;amp; HBA model HPAE311A (QLOGIC qla2xxx drivers)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We're getting the following errors that drop the connection to our VTL (DXi7500):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; kernel: qla2xxx 0000:0b:00.0: LIP reset occured (f7f7).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kernel: st1: Error 6080000 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x6, host bt 0x8).&lt;BR /&gt;kernel: st4: Error 20000 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x2).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
