    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For one of my Linux server. I have found the following errors in dmesg command.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;device-mapper: dm-multipath: Failing path 8:160.&lt;BR /&gt;device-mapper: dm-multipath: Failing path 8:176.&lt;BR /&gt;device-mapper: dm-multipath: Failing path 8:224.&lt;BR /&gt;device-mapper: dm-multipath: Failing path 8:240.&lt;BR /&gt;device-mapper: dm-multipath: Failing path 8:80.&lt;BR /&gt;device-mapper: dm-multipath: Failing path 8:0.&lt;BR /&gt;cdrom: open failed.&lt;BR /&gt;cdrom: open failed.&lt;BR /&gt;ISO 9660 Extensions: Microsoft Joliet Level 3&lt;BR /&gt;ISOFS: changing to secondary root&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;May i know the criticality and impact of this or else should i ignore them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>

      <description>multipath -ll&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;check if all are fine.if not check if there is some physical connectivity issue.Seems its wronf only for one fc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BR,&lt;BR /&gt;Kapil+</description>
