      <description>Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We would like to convert the physical server  RHEL4 running on HP Proliant BL465c (AMD processor) to VMware.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What are the procedures we have to follow to accomplish that?</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Vmware itself has a P2V tool that is free on their website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Xen has a P2V tool which is also open source.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you like paying &lt;A href="http://acronis.com" target="_blank"&gt;http://acronis.com&lt;/A&gt; can also assist in this process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
