aic79xx driver installation

Hi

Tryed to find documentation on how to install aic79xx-2.0.10-i686-rh90.img (Driver) on a HP carrier 3310, but without luck.

How can this be done, and where can I find the documentation?.

Hi Kenneth,
some more Information would be nice. The only thing i could find is a Resource CD for Windows, so this forum is the wrong place for you (This is the HP-UX Forum).

On the other Hand aic79xx-2.0.10-i686-rh90.img sound like a Linux driver so my wild guess is that you try to install Linux on the box.

HP-UX with OS Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike).

(I don't see how. When you mix two different OSes, HP-UX with Linux, they explode. :-)

After 3 or 4 times I would hope you know to use the Linux forum. I'll ask the moderators to move this to Linux.
