      <description>While booting up the VMware server it is giving "Mounting root failed" &lt;BR /&gt;Would you please suggest some step to troubleshoot the same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hardware: BL460&lt;BR /&gt;VMware :3.5</description>
