      <description>This is a sysadmins' forum, not a magical all-knowing oracle. Without exact information about the problem, your guess is probably going to be better than mine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please show the exact error message (or any other symptoms) you're getting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, please identify the model generation of your server exactly: the original DL580 was branded Compaq, not HP, so your server is at least a DL580 G2. The latest available generation is G7, and there are quite a bit of differences between various generations.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Knowing the RHEL 4 upgrade level and the hpasmcli version might also be helpful. Please run these commands and show their output:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;rpm -q hpasm hp-health&lt;BR /&gt;uname -a&lt;BR /&gt;cat /etc/redhat-release&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MK</description>
