SLES 11 on DL785 G6

Dear All

i have SLES 11 running on DL785 G6 server , with oracle DB RAC on it , we have a problem that from time to time we get the system stuch and get no response from it till we do a reboot for it , we could not determine the cause for such a problem that we do not see any error or log that says any thing related to hardware or software error , could any one help.

Hello,
try folowing things:
1) check latest firmwares
2) run HW diagnostics via SmartStart or other tools
3) check/install latest PSP for SLES.

hmm, first one - sugestion
second one - could be the issue - you run on similar linux, server is almost the same - do you have any of mentioned FC HBA inside?
