ProLiant DL380 G5, Logical Drive issue

we are facing issue with our DL 380 G5 Server, during POST its showing the message 0 Logical drives are found and we did not do anything for RAID/logical Drive only the Power failure was occured one day and after that its not booting, plz ref attached report for more info
would appreciate if u can help out me

hello
check firmware of your storage array controller - there is issue fith SATA drives, what drives do you use?

Hello,
from your post it is still unsure what array controller do you have.
Could be: a)P400 or b)P800.

what should you do in both cases:

1) check controller firmware
should be v7.18 in both controllers + disk firmware (HPDD)- available at for a) http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=1157689&taskId=135&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=1157687〈=en&cc=us (choose system)
for b) http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=1157691&taskId=135&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=1157686〈=en&cc=us (choose system)

2) check if you have real hw failure - disk shoul have red led on or similar...

3) contact support if you are in warranty

Hi Nadeem,

Use your HP smart start CD and check whether you have your configure raid intact and all the HDDs are showing in RAID.I guess that the RAID is broken or else the RAID card gone faulty.
