    <description>What do you mean with "made up severl ramdisk for test" ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you create an image file and mounted it as ramdisk ? Compile it as module and unload it when not needed, that should free the buffers it uses.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;G.</description>
