Okay -- been trying to have a Linux on vSphere allocated with SAN Storage via NPIV.

Using this recipe:

http://www.brocade.com/downloads/documents/brocade_vmware_technical_briefs/NPIV_ESX4_0_GA-TB-145-01.pdf

But I can't seem to make it work.

What I've done is took an existing Linux Guest that has its OS installed on a Virtual Disk File.

Do you Migz think I should have my VM on a Raw Device Mapped storage to enable NPIV?

Help me obi-wan, yer my only hope.
