    <description>ok.but after creatng mount points i m going to restart the server in that time server is not booting..&lt;BR /&gt;before restarting the server i made changes in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf file&lt;BR /&gt;commented the following line:&lt;BR /&gt;# filter = [ "a/.*/" ]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and added the below line:&lt;BR /&gt;filter = [ "a/c0d0.*/", "a/emcpower.*/", "r/.*/" ]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;so what was the issue?i hope emcpower path file is not read by while server booting time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;please help me to reslove the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Seenivasan P</description>

      <description>Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How to perform emc power path?here after creating mount points based on the emcpower.after restarting the server is not booting?it's not reading emc power file while booting time?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;following steps:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;• emcpreg -install&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;• use key given for registration &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;• powermt check_registration&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;• powermt set policy=co dev=all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;• powermt display dev=all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;• /etc/init.d/PowerPath start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's correct?please guide me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Seenivasan P&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Did you not fix this already in an earlier Post good sir?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You were alerdy told to leave your default Filter on and work your way to customising a proper LVM filter to works for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
