Suse Enterprise 10 HDD Information?

Hello,

i would like to know of its possible to get information of the physical drives installed and there status without installing the PSP?

Problem is that a customer has reported a failed hard drive but don't have any hp agents installed. Only information he could give me was "POST ERROR 1787 and 1783" from the IML.

I am now Suse Administrator...so i ask here for help :)

You don't need the whole PSP to get information out of the SmartArray controller, hpacucli.rpm and/or hpaducli.rpm should be enough.
