      <description>Sorry Mike, I did not want to sound rude or discourage you from posting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's just practically impossible to say anything helpful without knowing:&lt;BR /&gt;- which server model&lt;BR /&gt;- what network card model&lt;BR /&gt;- what RHEL version&lt;BR /&gt;and so on...</description>

      <description>Have you verified the speed and duplex settings of the network switch and the network card itself?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do they both show the speed/duplex that you expect to see?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
