powerpath display shows wrong

Hi,

In one my server Lun's are presented from EMC storage.after installing powerpath & starting the services it's showing following information.-

It's showing 18 paths instead of 2path..

please help me to resolve this issue.

OS:rhel5 64 bit...

hi,

its depend on your configuration, if you have 2 HBA, with the 2 separated switch, them the maximum paths count depends on the physical connections between switch and the Storage Director and ports on it.
