      <description>Hi Experts,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One user ID got deleted by mistake. After creating it not able to login in GUI mode with that ID. Text mode is OK. All the other users are able to login in GUI mode and text mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did we miss something?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Syam</description>

      <description>The user created may not have the same user ID, so, its probably that some files are not owned by this user and that's why you cannot start the session.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will try doing a chown -R user.user to his home directory. Also, in the $HOME/tmp and /tmp directory, verify if there are files that can be deleted.</description>

      <description>Yes Ivan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I did the same thing. I did chown for a directory which was there in the /tmp directory and the problem got resolved. I was getting an error message while loggin indicating the problem in ownership of this directory and this clue helped me in resolving the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Syam</description>
