Shalom,

I'm kind of wondering how you got the OS installed on that system since the version of RH you use doesn't include network drivers. Perhaps a local cd install.

This problem could be that this is an update 1 kernel and substantial bug fixes are in later RH kernels.

SEP

I am trying to install gridftp server of globus on DL-380G4 machine. The OS is RHEL 4.0 and Kernel version is 2.6.9-5.ELsmp.On first step the certificate generation is successfull.but when we run this command to install gridftp server which is as follows
globus@server1$ ./configure --prefix=$GLOBUS_LOCATION --with-buildopts="--static" it gives no error and after this I executed this command
globus@server1$ make gpt globus_gridftp_server
it also give no error but I could't find gridftp.conf file on any location or directory.
Should I do any extra workout which I could't find in any documentation. If some one can tell me about the complete procedure and installation steps to configure gridftp server.
Also I am attaching build.log file which built thru make command procedure.

Regards

Khalid Rasool
