      <description>I think you mean memory slots, not PCI card slots. Right?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look at "dmidecode" output. Find all parts titled "Memory Module Information".&lt;BR /&gt;Each of these will have a "Socket Designation" which identifies a memory slot. "Installed Size" reports the amount of memory in that slot. If the slot is free, it will say "Not Installed".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Normally, "Installed Size" and "Enabled Size" should be the same. If they differ, the server cannot use the complete capacity of that memory module for some reason.</description>
