We currently run SuSE 7.0 on an HP netserver 2000R
The machine has a 100 GB RAID 5 Array on this 4M card, and although the kernel is patched (2.2.16) to accept this, (AAC RAID patch) we cannot find the new drivers for 2.4.x . I know of only 1 person doing devel. on this patch, and would like to know where we can possibly get support/updates.
Also, are there any management tools for this card under Linux ?? We currently rely on the messages passed through the kernel as to the current status of the array.

Remember that this card does not use the dpt drivers, as it is in fact adaptec based ..

I assume you've seen the Linux drivers are now posted to the HP website?

Are you trying to build from a clean kernel or one from SuSE? If you use a clean kernel you need the aacraid patch. This can be found at

http://domsch.com/linux/
