ip_forward prob

hi all !!!

i want nating through linux m/c. For the same i just put 1 in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

Problem is that when i restart network service it convert 1 to 0 .

What shd i do? Plz help....!!!

Modify the following line in /etc/sysctl.conf

# Controls IP packet forwarding
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
