I found the folowing on http://www.ka.sara.nl/home/walter//bbs100/FAQ.txt

<QUOTE>
WHAT DOES request_module[net-pf-10]: fork failed, errno 1 DURING
STARTUP MEAN?
You are running Linux and the system is trying to load the IPv6 module.
errno 1 means you don't have permission to do so. There can be other
error codes as well.
You can safely ignore the message and run on IPv4.
</QUOTE>

To get that, and MANY other, results I put "request_module[net-pf-10]" in the search field at http://www.google.com
First, if I had a Linux problem, I'd
probably post it in a Linux forum rather
than in this HP-UX forum.

Second, "errno 11" is EAGAIN, "No more
processes", which suggests that you may be
hitting some limit on the number of
processes.
