      <description>Dear Concern,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a squid proxy server, running smoothly (OS redhat enterprise Linux 5). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to control &amp;amp; assign bandwidth based on preferably system IP or user. (In-built squid band-width control)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me giving step by step configuration.       <description>Shalom Kashem,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Squid can not manage bandwidth.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried a few tools to manage it on a firewall and found them less than effective.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
