How can I do to configurate snmp.conf in Redhat 6.0?
For example the private community (read only) and trap destination.

This isn't very hard to do. I'm uploading a blank configuration file from 7.3 which will probably work quite well in the 6.x world since snmp isn't changing that fast.

My file location is /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf, which might be different under 6.0

Just modify the file and run with it.
