    <description>well as funny as it may sound , that came to our hardware tech team from HP SME and they do not tell you why / what or provide any justification, they just fixed the server that crashed apparently because of incorrect cpu speed and asked to reproduce solution on other assets also , period.</description>

      <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;&amp;gt; HP said to change the speed in BIOS from C6&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; to C3 .&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; I am not sure why and wanted to understand &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you considered asking the person who&lt;BR /&gt;told you this ("HP") what he meant?  Some of&lt;BR /&gt;us can't remember all the details of the&lt;BR /&gt;original conversation.</description>
