Are there anyone seeing similar issue in upgrading the nx_nic firmware from Linux server (RHEL 6)?

Yes -i'm seeing the same issues, only difference is my OS is ESX4.1. apart from that, seeing exactly the same stuff. I have an open call with both HP and VMware.
