cmascsid: ignoring tape devices?

Hello,

Is it possible to configure the cmascsid snmp agent so that it ignores tape device files?

The system is running Redhat 5.3 and (hopefully) Oracle Secure Backup. The problem is that OSB attempts to open the device (/dev/sg0) for its exclusive use, but cmascsid is polling the device every 15 seconds and causing OSB to fail with a device busy error.

I can see this by turning on auditing and setting a watch on the tape device files:

The gist is:
/opt/compaq/storage/etc/cmascsid stop
The agent can be restarted by issuing the following command:
/opt/compaq/storage/etc/cmascsid start
