As far as I know, HP doesn't offer Debian repositories, so you will have to download and install manually. Try this - http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1121516&prodNameId=3288134&swEnvOID=4033&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-9879191f26b94273b175827110

Thanks for the update Jimmy..

Yeah I have found out the hard way that hponcfg does not work on DL140 G2 since it's lo100 but the real issue is the hp-health package wich is actually the culprit here as it is a requirement to install hponcfg.

hp-health seems to trigger a script upon istall to check the hardware version but clearly fails to fulfill it's objectives (preventing install if HW is not compatible). Also uninstall script bundle is obviously broken.

Not sure where to address the issue.. Is there someking of bug tracker to report to in this particular case?

Txs again for your support,

JC
