HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 utilizing each socket for different purpose without virtualization

I have two HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Server 2 Sockets

We need to utilize each servers for running:

One instance of Oracle standard edition on Linux on one socket.
Utilize the other socket for hosting web application on windows server environment and other purposes.

I am looking for a solution to achieve the same, without virtualization.

Can anyone kindly help me on this please.

How do you want to run windows and linux at the same time without virtualization?

1. Is hard partitioning and option ?

if so, can you please refer me to exact way to achieve it.

2. Does oracle allow Oracle Virtual Machine X 64 bit as a valid partation, so that I can install a single Oracle 12 C R2 on the server and install Windows server on other VM.
