Hi!

I have a Enclosure for blades and the control tower software, and i download the licenses for blades in this page

i forget the pass for this page, i was introduced the pass wrong for 3 times, and my account has ben locked, how i can unlock my account???

Contact the HP Repsonse Center. They unlock accounts or refer you to the folks that can.

thanks for answering, but i connected with hp support in spain and they canÂ´t help me.
I need an email of Web Administrator that can unlock my account. I send a feedback message to webadmin but i still with the problem. Thanks

There is a function on the License portal whereby you can have your password reset for you.

Simply click on the link right below the login boxes. There are many warnings that your account WILL be locked out and that you should utilize the "Forgot your password link above".

Simply provide the Authentication Token from your Control Tower installation. This can be accessed by logging into your Control Tower and going to the System>Activation>License manager Screen.
