      <description>thanks for answering, but i connected with hp support in spain and they canÂ´t help me.&lt;BR /&gt;I need an email of Web Administrator that can unlock my account. I send a feedback message to webadmin but i still with the problem. Thanks</description>

      <description>There is a function on the License portal whereby you can have your password reset for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Simply click on the link right below the login boxes.  There are many warnings that your account WILL be locked out and that you should utilize the "Forgot your password link above".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That link is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://h20340.www2.hp.com/customer/account_reset.php" target="_blank"&gt;https://h20340.www2.hp.com/customer/account_reset.php&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Simply provide the Authentication Token from your Control Tower installation. This can be accessed by logging into your Control Tower and going to the System&amp;gt;Activation&amp;gt;License manager Screen.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
