Hi,

I found a solution to my version of this problem. It might help you?

I upgraded the iLOs on each blade server to 1.42 and then upgraded the OAs in the enclosure to 2.10. Now I can see everything I should be able to without any error messages.

This assumes you are using a c7000 and bl460c's. You will need to look at the correct patches for your installation. For me though the problem was with the above - not the control tower software installation itself.

Hope this helps

regards

Matt
When I click on the rack icon on the manage tab view i get the following message Component Access failed. I have tried installation from scratch which seemed to have worked for a couple of weeks and after that it was back to square one. There were no changes in the week between the install till now

Hi,

I am also having exactly the same probs and have tried the same actions as you with no effect.

Have you found a resolution? For me the rapid deployment and everything else seems to work, it is just the rack views that dont seem to work. I can also look at each blade view individually with no problem.

Please update this thread if you find a solution.

regards

Matt
