      <description>Hello, guys!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've completed install of ICLE to the moment of license information request.&lt;BR /&gt;On my internet connected PC i go to &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/go/activatecontroltower," target="_blank"&gt;www.hp.com/go/activatecontroltower,&lt;/A&gt; entered all info and it kicks me again to initial page again, but with already entered Account Number.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to enter - no luck. Password is wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to request new password but i need to enter Autorization Token found inside ICLE's menu.&lt;BR /&gt;BUT THIS IS INSANE!!! HOW CAN I DO THIS WHEN MY INSTALLATION IS NOT COMPLETED!&lt;BR /&gt;I tried few times. Tried register another licenses to different emails. I always see "Your account will be locked after the third failed attempt. Blah blah blah"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What can i do? I live in Belarus and there is no Software Support centers.</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You clearly have the English so call the US response center 1800-633-3600.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also there is probably a link in those pages you were in to report a problem to the webmasters.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could be the victim of untested web pages, or pages designed to specifically function only for US IP address' &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
