    <description>When trying to perform Options, configure ICElx manament services, get &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FAULT: junk ´500 Connect failed: connect: Connection timed out; Connection timed out&lt;BR /&gt;´ before XML element&lt;BR /&gt;500 Connect failed: connect: Connection timed out; Connection timed out&lt;BR /&gt;    in main::CMS::connect at line 45 of /opt/hptc/database/sbin/sim/create_nodenames&lt;BR /&gt;    when calling a method from the SIM SOAP API at line 281 of /opt/hptc/perl/lib/sim/CMS.pm&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;which would lead me to beleive its having trouble connecting to the database which is running on the same system and is listening on the loopback... any help would be appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Scott&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>This usually means SIM isn't available.  What happens when your run mxnode?  Do you get any output?  Can you log in to the SIM UI?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If mxnode indicates that SIM is down, run mxstop and mxstart to bring SIM back on line.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Donna</description>
