Hi Shalom,

The SIM team said the message is not theirs. I don't believe we do anything with certificates in ICE-Linux but I'll double check. Can you please confirm that you are talking about ICE-Linux and not ICE-Windows?

What version of ICE-Linux does the customer have?

Thanks,

Rigoberto

Hi Shalom,

I had not noticed that in your attachment it did say "Insight Control Linux". I've found the certificate reference in the code and will get back to you with more information.

Thank you.

Rigoberto

Hi Shalom,

There is no need to renew the certificate once it expires. The only thing you'll wind up getting is one warning message per day indicating that the certificate has expired. To get rid of the message, perform the following steps:

1) Stop SIM

# mxstop

2) Remove or move the following file

/etc/opt/mx/config/construction/TrustedCertExpirationCheck.xml

3) Start SIM

# mxstart

Rigoberto
