If using supported version then follow below steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)Please ensure that you should latest IE browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)Also try Clean-cache and then run SPP again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to run a support pack update on an&amp;nbsp;ProLiant ML350 G6 running&amp;nbsp;Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard &amp;nbsp;x64.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When running the HPSUM, the IE page sits on loading.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have left this overnight in the hopes of discovering some sort of error, but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
