I have a box configured with dual-stack (See below). Also installed "A.11.00-011 HP-UX Internet Express" bundle. I also switched to use Net-Snmp agent. I can snmpwalk to its IPv4 address 15.2.127.255, but when:
# snmpwalk -c public -v 2c udp6:2620:0:a07:e402:21a:4bff:feab:9e92
getaddrinfo: host nor service provided, or not known
Timeout: No Response from udp6:2620:0:a07:e402:21a:4bff:feab:9e92

# uname -a
HP-UX it2tst10 B.11.31 U ia64 2962477973 unlimited-user license
# ifconfig lan0
lan0: flags=1843<UP>
inet 15.2.121.46 netmask fffff800 broadcast 15.2.127.255
lan0: flags=4800841<UP>
inet6 fe80::21a:4bff:feab:9e92  prefix 10
# ifconfig lan0:1
lan0:1: flags=1842<BROADCAST>
inet 0.0.0.0 netmask 0
lan0:1: flags=6800841<UP>
inet6 2620:0:a07:e402:21a:4bff:feab:9e92  prefix 64

# ps -ef | grep snmp
root  1339     1  0  Dec 18  ?         0:00 /usr/lbin/cmsnmpd
root 26877     1  0 10:30:44 ?         0:00 /opt/iexpress/net-snmp/sbin/snmp
d -c /opt/iexpress/net-snmp/share/snmp/snmpd.conf

</UP></BROADCAST></UP></UP>

Here is my latest progress. Actually still same. I modified /opt/iexpress/net-snmp/etc/snmp/snmpd.conf to include the following configuration with the rest untoughed:

"####
# First, map the community name (COMMUNITY) into a security name
# (local and mynetwork, depending on where the request is coming
# from):

#       sec.name  source          community
com2sec local     localhost       public
com2sec mynetwork 2620:2::/64      public"

Then I restart the snmpd but got the following error. Seems it does not recognize the IPv6 address:

# /opt/iexpress/net-snmp/sbin/snmpd udp6:161
/opt/iexpress/net-snmp/etc/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 62: Error: bad source address
net-snmp: 1 error(s) in config file(s)
getaddrinfo: host nor service provided, or not known
NET-SNMP version 5.4.1.2
