    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm unable to start a service guard cluster package and it fails with the below error in cntl log.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CLX: [33120] Starting package.&lt;BR /&gt;CLX: [3125] RAID Manager instance 0 start failed because of an error.&lt;BR /&gt;CLX: [3104] RAID Manager instance 0 not running.&lt;BR /&gt;CLX: [ERROR][1138] Cannot start any RAID Manager instances.&lt;BR /&gt;CLX: [ERROR][31201] Package cannot be started on this node.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could anyone help me to start the raid manager instance.&lt;BR /&gt;OS : RHEL 4&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Check what you have in package log. Usually RAID Manager logs into this file. Possible reason could be failing to takeover primary states.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check raid manager log as well for more information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;ivan</description>
