      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm facing issue with qlogic failover on&amp;nbsp;Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 5)﻿.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently there was a problem with storage port, which caused the lun loss on the server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can some one clarify that why the qlogic driver fail over not happened.
