No it is not.
We only support the Serial Line Heartbeat in HP-UX, and this will also be removed in the near future

Hello Bond,

In linux each node in the cluster exchanges heartbeat messages with the cluster
coordinator over each TCP/IP network ( ONLY )configured as a heartbeat device.
