      <description>Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't think that's posiable, because if no&lt;BR /&gt;identification for file so the ascii would&lt;BR /&gt;say nothing about which is the language.&lt;BR /&gt;You can only try to use spell for difrent&lt;BR /&gt;language but it depend if now mistakes in the&lt;BR /&gt;text and this is not so good.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Caesar</description>
