what files do you backup and restore to get the print queues back in emergency situation if the print queues are created on LINUX - RedHat Server using CUPS?

Look in/var/spool/cups.

BTW, /etc/cupsd.conf has a directive allowing you to save jobs once they are done, in order to simplify management of printing jobs, say in case of scratch (but of course, a lot of stuff in the history).

Opening hp://localhost:631 will also get you to a web based cups management tool that may help...
