Is Linux support Server "downloads.linux.hpe.com" still available ? - 29 Sept 2020

Hi HPE Support and Others,

I finding that all my attempts to access Linux Support server at: http://downloads.linux.hpe.com are failing with Server Unavailable response and so am unable to get to any of the HPE Ubuntu/Debian APT respositories.

Is there a known problem here ?

I am accessing via Telstra / Australia connection.

Nothing else is failing on the hpe.com linux downloads site.

Has this: moved, been retired, or is in process of being updated ?

Thank you, just checking as part of confirming that there is a significant routing issue with my ISP.
