      <description>OS is -RHEL 5.5 server (virtual under vpshere4.0).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ARS 7.5patch 0004isversion of remedy system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;RHEl support flatly declined to assist. BMC(vendor)still no dice.</description>
