Do you mean like the CD or tape devices? If you can identify the devices it's not recognizing, it may be just a matter of finding the drivers if they exist.

It will also help what version of Ubuntu are you using and what "Sam" devices Ubuntu is not recognising.

As far as "Supported" -- well all of them aer supported if they work.

Then you need SAM Googling to do my friend.

FInd out hwy SAM of your devices are unseen by Maverick Meerkat. You must really have some weird camera, DVD, media card slot, etc
