can someone point me to the configuration document for the quorum server confiugration in a linux cluster setup (stretched cluster)...

Any configuration documents are going to be specific to particular cluster software.

So which one are you talking about? RedHat Cluster? SuSE Cluster? HP Serviceguard for Linux? Something else?

If you are talking about Serviceguard for Linux, all the documentation for it is at:

http://www.hp.com/go/linux-serviceguard-docs

I guess you'll probably want to look at the Extended Distance Cluster Deployment Guide that matches your version of Serviceguard. Check the Release Notes too.
