    <description>&lt;BR /&gt;In most canses you can do basic SIM management of HPUX boxes with SIM on windows.  There are some SIM plugins like GWLM and GICAP that only integrate with SIM on a HPUX system.  So the major question is what features of SIM or plugins do you want to use that may help determine what platform SIM should be on.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
