Need to configure Antivirus on Redhat server

Hi All,
Can anyone please give me the procedure to configure Sophos Antivirus on Redhat Linux. I have total 15 redhat clients. I need to configure one of them as the management server and others are as it's client. Update should happened via the management server.

We ahve implemeeted the Symantec/Symantec on our DMZ servers. But not a server/client architecture
