Hey,

I'm trying to install SuSE 10.3 on an ML350 G3 server. I'm booting off the network install CD so I can install from the NFS server.

When it gets to loading the cciss driver for the Smart Array 641 it says loading cciss and then nothing happens.

I've tried the safe mode kernel and the no ACPI and APIC kernels, but still no change.

I've installed SuSE 10.0 the same way and it had no problems with the array controller.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this installed?

--
Thanks

David Kirk

Try disabling acpi at the linux boot prompt. I believe the syntax is acpi=off
