Autoloader not detecting

Hi.,

Netvault backup software not detecting Quantum superloader,

Operating system is RHEL4

Please help me to solve this problem.

Attach the output of:

dmesg
cat /proc/scsi/scsi
ls -la /dev/st0
mt -f /dev/st0 status

Hi.,

In operating system Quantum superloader is detecting,but in netvault only the device is not sensing.

Contact netvault support. For example, somethimes in HP Data Protector, the OS can see the device, but the backup software cannot, and you need to apply a patch or an update.

call is closed ,problem is solved by installing RHEL5
