      <description>&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; but in netvault only the device is not sensing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Contact netvault support. For example, somethimes in HP Data Protector, the OS can see the device, but the backup software cannot, and you need to apply a patch or an update.</description>
