    <description>That's strange. I was able to download the file! I didn't download all, just to test, I downloaded 1 of the files &amp;amp; it came through successfully. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I navigated through (you perhaps have done the same thing):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductsList.do?category=LINUX" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductsList.do?category=LINUX&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it worked for me, may be its just a matter of trying with different options selected :)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have attached the file I downloaded just to confirm if we are talking about the same things. By the way, this is just one of the files that were available, I downloaded this only to test if it worked.</description>

      <description>Unfortunately when I try to download module from Debian 4.0 (Etch) - HP ProLiant Value Add Software i386 at &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/try.do?productNumber=T8570AA" target="_blank"&gt;https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/try.do?productNumber=T8570AA&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I get the message: "We are unable to process your order."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What's supposed to happen?</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Report the problem to the webmaster. There have been problems on HP software delivery sites all last week. They do eventually fix them, if you take the time to inform them the site is actually down.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
